Pace Sky+ box ok to watch current progs but no planner features work
Hi
I had my previous faulty Sky+ box replaced in May. Recently I started
having problems fast forwarding or back, through recorded programs. Now I
have no access to the Planner options. Sky Tech Support won't help me
because they say I have to get a local person to come and check dish because
part of the error message sequence says No Satellite Signal Is Being
Received.
Turn on TV
All Sky channels working properly
The 'i' button won't display information
The Planner won't play back
Planner Error messages
Searching for Listings Please Wait
No Satellite Signal is Being Received
Turn off TV
Next morning All Sky channels are working properly etc
My questions are
If all Sky+ channels can work properly, can I assume the dish is ok?
Since all Sky Tech efforts to find the fault failed what is my cheapest
option to get a new Sky+ box?
Is there another solution to my problems?
