My Neighbor turnd on his box and there is no sound on sky I checked the 
sound on his tv and it works ok anybody came across this before .Its a six 
month old pace box and he has not changed the setup recently.He needs it 
football tonight

Switch mains off at wall for a few minutes. Will probably come back on
ok.

If not, the scart lead is probably not fully in at one end or the
other.
