Torchwood episode 1 back to life puzzle   
In episode 1 of Torchwood, Jack Harkness asks the murder victim
what's it like to die, or words to that effect.
But Jack himself was killed and returned to life by time vortex
Rosie. So he can't remember what it's like?

I think Jack is "Mostly Dead", so in each of those cases he hasn't
properly "died" yet.

I think Jack is "Mostly Dead", so in each of those cases he hasn't
properly "died" yet.
