I wasn't able to make out all of what was said, so the only things I
really picked up on where

   The most loyal will die

Davros felt that Dalek Khan was worried. Maybe Khan also sees that
   "Time is in flux".

He correctly determined the Doctor's arrival before the other Daleks
   were aware.

The combination of apparent madness and prohpesy is something I've
seen discussed in some religious circles. I don't think it's a common
belief. I've met a variety of people in my time. I'd doubt RTD would use
such ideas as so small a proportion of our population would recognise
them. Otherwise I'd start wondering what/who Donna is. Then again, Rose
was "Bad Wolf" with quite significant power. You can get that kind of
thing into the story, which has its mystical Time Vortex and Heart of
TARDIS. Donna would seem more likely as normal human though.

There are a lot of things going on in these plots, a lot of loose ends,
like the lady at the Shadow Proclamation and her talk with Donna. I
thought that worked well as a Galactic Police. We saw the "Space Rhinos"
in an earlier episode being police and there are references to some kind
of police force for example in the Adipose episode where we hear that
the activity is illegal and leaving witnesses would be bad. In
the podcast we're told it was originally going to have a much more
representative set of creatures, a more multi-cultural police force.

I wonder if the Doctor's Daughter will reappear. Also the hand
shown very clearly in the TARDIS.

The place they're at now - The Medusa Cascade - Is that the same place
that had the nasty in Midnight or am I getting confused?
