No. That one's fairly straightforward. It's about what real faith is - 
it's not just a belief, it's something that fires you to be what you 
think you're supposed to be - a child of God. A more extensive reading 
of James would make that clear.

'peace'. You really need the rest of this text to see what Jesus means.

done. In the first he is speaking to his followers about his 
relationship with God. In the second he is addressing Jewish legalists 
and is criticising their insistence on the rule you cite.
