Demand Five
I wonder if anyone has gotten DemandFive to accept a payment and then
allow a download of a programme e.g. CSI? The payment system that
extracts cash from bank cards is very efficient. Indeed I paid for a
download yesterday. However the system wont let me actually download
the file required - I click on 'downloadnow' - and nothing happens.
And my Basket is empty. Yet I got an email confirming the purchase. I
have tried the Chat Help but this was unavailable. Customer service
have yet to reply 'within 24 hours' (its now more than 24 hours). CJB.

Well it's living up to its name then: You are demanding something from
"channel 5".
