House series 4

It's still worth watching, but I can't help thinking earlier series were 
better... For a start, he should have given Cutthroat Bitch the job instead 
of the annoying Number 13.

I like Thirteen.  Plenty of room for character development there, especially 
after the revelations in the season finale.

I thought that they got rid of Cutthroat Bitch far too early, although it 
could lead to a few storylines next season where Wilson could become as 
bitter as House.
