Sky three isnt what you could a great channel to watch at times as apart from cold case it is quite limited . Perhaps more so because it no longer shows 24 . But at the same time you cant really blame sky as providing great channels for free would be kinda silly if it meant x amount of people might unsubscribe from a pay package . 'sky fitters' A new tv show that would film sky fitters at work . Not a fly on the wall or a documentary thing . More of a case when a sky fitter turns up to fit a system then its the quick assesment of the job in terms of if there are any other satellite dishes in view on a neighbours home - and if there is then knocking on the customers door to find out what room the tv is in would be the other part of the main quick assesment of the job . The next assesment being how to route the cable from the dish to the sky digibox - while taking in any risky health and safety issues that could put the sky fitters life at risk . As most houses are built differently - and while some jobs would be similar - the chances are that no two jobs would be the same . So in effect , The sky fitter would talk to the camera and explain why or where & the presenter could ask the sky fitter dumb questions on why he is doing something in a certain way etc if needed . IMHO the only thing they could do to screw it up would be like that bbc program on london sewer drains about a year ago - as it showed stuff like some of the workers going out for a couple pints - and how some guy split up from the wife and lost contact with his teenage kids etc . Quite frankly i dont give a shit about sky fitter personal lives - i'm interested in the job in terms of - if some jobs bring up a problem - then how do they solve it in order to get the job done . Hardly a thrilling tv show - but neither is lots of other stuff currently on modern day tv . Bet enzo and spud would watch it , For the pair of them will watch any old crap put in front of them :-)

Zzzzzzzzzz I fell asleep just reading the description.

If they showed you half the install and then done the 'more later in the show' routine - then i would probably change channels half a second later and dump the show even before the first episode was finished . -- www.krustov.co.uk
