BIG BROTHER: IT'S THE END!
BIG Brother bosses are set to axe the show weeks before it is due to
end, as explosive rows spiral out of control.

Death threats, fights and shock evictions have plunged the Channel 4
series into the deepest crisis in its nine-year history.

Over the past 24 hours, tensions in the house reached breaking point as
the atmosphere turned “nuclear”.

Bex Shiner, 21, became the latest housemate to get a warning over her
“aggressive behaviour” towards Kat Kasisopa, 30, Darnell Swallow, 26,
Rex Newmark, 24 and Rachel Rice, 24.

Meanwhile, her trio of victims all threatened to walk out, sick of the
rows and bullying.

Producers had hoped the hostility between the gang had peaked when
Dennis McHugh, 24, spat in the face of Mohamed Mohamed, 24.

The incident saw Dennis kicked out on Friday and quizzed by police.
Bitchy Sylvia Barrie, 21, was then voted out. But the rows have gone
on.

Channel 4 chiefs, still reeling from last year’s race row on Celebrity
BB, were last night holding crisis talks.

And they are prepared to pull the plug – with 10 weeks still to go.

From the first week, the show has been hit by angry bust-ups.

Alexandra De-Gale was kicked out after appearing to make death threats.

Shocked viewers have so far made more than 1,000 complaints to TV
watchdog Ofcom this series.

A source said: “The house has gone nuclear. If there is a punch-up and
someone gets badly hurt, Channel 4 would never recover. There is a
feeling the programme must be dropped.”

A massive row blew up on Saturday night – the climax to eight hours of
bitching – and ended with Bex being given her official warning.

She had ranted at Rex before turning on Kat, leaving her in tears.

Darnell then ended up in a shouting match with Bex, who warned him: “I
feel like punching something.”

Later, Jen Clark, 22, and Luke Marsden, 20, bitched openly about Rachel
Rice, 24, calling her “a robot”.

Rachel ended up fleeing to the Diary Room in tears.

Now Rex wants out. He said: “I can’t take it any more. It’s a
nightmare.”

Darnell and Kat said they also wanted to leave.

Hinting they'd do that is all good publicity for the show. A lot of people
will tune in to see what's going on to cause such a fuss.

Re: BIG BROTHER: IT'S THE END!
All the Chav connotations are doing for it.

Chavs on it and chavs watching why would any advertiser risk
associating their brand with that.

Television advertising is expensive and therefore reserved mostly for
the sort of products that can be flogged to middle class middle
England at a decent margin that’s why M&S food spent their budget over
on the footie.

The sort of advertisers that are chasing the budget conscious just
aren’t going to waste money advertising on the telly, are you Ryanair?

I'd tune in if I knew something potentially interesting was going to happen -
which is easy for them to do as it's all a day old so will have been announced
in the press beforehand.

Sadly, Alexandra DePillock wasn't interesting, her attitude proving her to be
a rebel without a clue.

There's nothing about it being pulled on Digital Spy, nor in any of today's
papers, sadly.

Big Brother isn't going anywhere. This is what the public wants. Yeah
there are complaints, but that just makes more people curious to whats
going on.
Its all about publicity and interest for Channel 4 and Endemol. Its
just a pity that Alexandra has gone, because that would have sparked
off some personality clashes.
We don't want BB to go boring now, do we.

But some people watch it just to have something to complain about -
there are a lot of 'Mary Whitehouses' out there...
