Shipwrecked
The crying when the letters from home were opened was the most over-the-top
thing I've seen since..... since.... well, since Jenny and the smudged
painting on BB9 :-)

Does that get *any* viewers - last year with the silly spoilt girl
saying they should bring back slavery caused a spike in interest after
the BB Emily race row but it faded soon after.
What it must be like to be on one of these programmes like Shipwreck or
the awful Castaway where no one watches so when they get home no one
even notices!

It was almost scary how teary and hysterical they got just at seeing
they'd got a note, never mind reading it. I thought the timing was
interesting, though. There they were failing to be understanding about
the twins both planning to leave because they couldn't face being
separated, but as soon as they get letters from home they're needy
fountains of emotion. I doubt the irony was noticed though.
