The power of soap?   
Well, we have now seen Will place a camera in Zoe's room twice that
gives him sound and vision 24/7 but without any visible means of
powering it! Aren't soaps wonderful.

I think you'll find that that isn't an unrealistic achievement.
However, the framerate and quality that he is receiving at is slightly
optimistic for such a device.
