I love this guy.

I thought Clare was a cracking villain, but Will is a genuine sociopath with 
psychotic tendencies - and revels in the most vile of schadenfreud.

The story where he's making everything think they have AIDS is truly 
depraved.

And really rather good (if utterly implausible).
