What are they going to charge him with? Unless there are complaints from 
some of the victims, and we haven't been told about any, there's nothing to 
hang a charge on.

The last trial (was it Justin?) was so far astray from anything credible 
that the writers can't ever have dealt with so much as a parking ticket.
