SPOILERS FOR BBC NEIGHBOURS, 17-21 APR'06 (4900-4904)


Janelle & Janae walk in raving about Karl's singing in the show, vexing
Bree who's stuck rewriting the whole book, since the publisher liked the
new material. Connor & Jarrod mock Karl, but the new star is mobbed by
beautiful women. Janae continues her vow of celibacy, suggesting Boyd
goes jogging instead. Max is redecorating, hoping to please Stephanie
upon her return. Janelle rips into Kim for losing another job - so Bree
& Janae do a runner until their parents sort out their differences.

The Kinskis come home, amazed to find the house cleaned, fridge stocked,
and flowers for Susan - she thanks Karl, who's worried that Zeke is still
silent. Boyd warns Janae that she's being stupid, while Bree disowns her
parents. Telling Scott how Alex's ashes were scattered near his home town,
Rachel helps edit the film, financed by Kim selling his van. One of Karl's
groupies reveals that Elle had hired them to fawn over Ned. Janae gets the
van back so her dad can leave forever, but Janelle snatches the keys.

Kim pulls Janelle out of the van and drives off, but he's stopped by Dylan.
Katya transfers to Erinsborough Hospital, to be nearer Rachel & Zeke. When
Janelle finds Kim helping their son sell hot dogs, she uses an onion ring
to propose a remarriage - his acceptance delights Bree, worries Dylan, and
horrifies Janae. Boyd hopes for more than a kiss on Valentine's Day, but
has to settle for a cold dip in the pool. Though Karl tries to help Zeke,
Katya accuses him of using her little brother to get back with Susan.

Karl claims that he & Susan are no more than good friends, but Katya knows
better. Elle bribes Ned to make him agree to leave with her. Susan resolves
Karl's conflict of interest by taking Zeke to a specialist. Paul is deeply
upset by Elle's impending departure, but expresses it by pushing her away.
After Susan jollies Karl about his show being cancelled, they warmly hold
hands - then get sprung by Katya. Making the ultimate sacrifice for Paul's
happiness, Izzy drags gormless Ned into her office and has sex with him.

Lou wants to fight Paul's new café, but Harold trusts in customer loyalty.
Making their departure, Ned abruptly breaks up with Elle - broken hearted,
she storms off to cry on her surprised daddy's shoulder. After Jarrod uses
a Uni contact to get his cousin an interview, Scott succeeds thanks to his
daft imagination. To cheer up his daughter, Paul shows her that the café
is named Lucinda's. While stopping a guilt-ridden Ned from confessing his
sins, Izzy realises that she's sliding into an horrendous mess.
