SPOILERS FOR NEIGHBOURS, 01-05 DEC'08 (5537-5541)


After Paul doubts a phone call from Elle asking him to run Pete's story,
police sergeant Matt Freedman's investigations show that she & Susan have
been abducted. Libby invites Daniel in 'for coffee', but he bogs out upon
seeing a Lucas art photo in her bedroom. Sienna murders Tyler's songs, but
Logan just gets him to change the key so the chorus doesn't screech. Next
morning, Pete is surprised by the headline MANHUNT FOR KIDNAPPER - REWARD
OFFERED which allows Susan to knee him in the groin and get away.

Pete contacts Paul, offering to trade Elle for Steve Parker. Recovering
from her ordeal, Susan sends Miss Kennedy to school to accept the promotion.
Once Steve gives himself up, Pete is distracted by Miranda & Nicola enabling
the big guy to overcome his foe and hand him to the cops. As Elle writes her
experiences for the paper, Rebecca helps her forgive Paul for his ill-judged
headline. Nicola confesses her HIV fears to Miranda & Steve. Daniel expects
his brother to leave town, but Lucas buys Janae's garage instead.

Though Declan passes his driving test, Bridget asks Rachel to collect
her from the airport, making him fear the worst. Steve hates Ned's old bed,
so Miranda invites him to share hers, which he accepts. Carmella persuades
Rachel to help poor Sienna with her singing. Bridget tells her parents that
Riley won't be coming home until he's done some growing up. Dr.Kennedy is
reinstated after Nurse West makes a full confession. Instead of dumping
Declan, Bridget makes it very clear that she's ready to make love.

Looking for condoms, Declan forgets the Dingoes have a quarter-final to
play, so Zeke has to replace him. Jarrod is surprised by Callum's care for
Nicola, whose antiretroviral medication makes her sick. After a disastrous
first time, Bridget & Declan end up being blackmailed by Mickey, who caught
them upon his return with Lou. At the last second, a battered Zeke scores
the winning goal. To get back at her father Matt, Donna lures Ringo into
Sgt.Freedman's police car, and then suddenly drives it away.

Ringo forgets his fright when Donna puts some hard moves on him - until
they're busted by Sgt.Freedman, who makes the lad walk home in his boxers.
Nicola's tests show she's free from the HIV. After Donna explains that her
dad hates her since she reminds him of her wayward mother Cassandra, Ringo
takes Susan's advice and tells the girl they'd be better as friends. Steve
orders besotted Nicola to move on, or move out. With Matt being too busy
for her again, lonely & neglected Donna takes his car for a joy-ride.
