SPOILERS FOR NEIGHBOURS, 17-21 NOV'08 (5527-5531)


Since Pete won't let Dr.Kennedy test his blood, Nicola comes home too
scared of hepatitis & tetanus to worry about Callum stealing her photos.
Josh inveigles Declan into a game of wheelchair basketball, with Bridget
as the prize. Karl can't tell Susan why Nicola is both his colleague & a
patient. Bridget warns an apologetic Declan to grow up, then makes Josh
see he's unwanted. Nicola stops Karl catching her with an illegal blood
sample by running into his arms, unfortunately witnessed by Susan.

Next day, Karl puzzles why Susan seems distant. Donna sneaks Rachel
into a radio station to publicise her singing with Tyler's band. Susan
hesitates over signing Paul's contract, until he points out her husband
wouldn't like it. Donna blabs on air about Rachel's affair with a teacher.
Nicola comes to plead with Susan that Karl is totally innocent. Libby's
anger at Daniel & Lucas is spoilt by Ben liking both brothers. Dr.Kennedy
confronts Nurse West with the blood test result - Pete is HIV positive.

When Nicola takes to her bed, Jarrod suspects she's pregnant and evasive
Karl is the father. Ringo is rattled by a school IQ test which shows he's
stupid compared with Zeke & Declan. Following a lecture from Libby about
running after Nicola & Izzy, Karl is taunted by Paul's news that Susan is
now working for him. Ringo turns to Carmella to discuss his hurt feelings,
but tiptoes away since she seems asleep. Karl surprises Susan by welcoming
her new career, and inviting her along the next time he visits Holly.

Belatedly realising he saw a bubbling pan on a gas stove but no flames,
Ringo rushes back to save the lives of Carmella & Chloe. Steve receives a
phone call from Ned who admits he farmed out Mickey to friends in Adelaide,
and the boy has gone missing. Carmella thanks Ringo for his bravery, while
getting him to eat dinner. Bridget accepts a public apology from Declan,
but then departs (with permission) to meet Riley in Sydney. Callum hides
Mickey at no.30 until they're almost caught by Jarrod & Daniel.

After Mickey bolts, Lou tries to blame Callum, but Jarrod defends his
boy. The police do nothing since runaways stay close to home, so the whole
street helps the Parkers to search - obliging Miranda to make amends with
Nicola, who warns that Pete is out on bail. While Declan & his mates check
out the warehouse, get locked in, then sing songs until they're rescued by
his mother, Callum uses inadvertent information from Lucas to track down
Mickey, and the boys end up left to their own devices in the city.
