SPOILERS FOR NEIGHBOURS, 30-04 JUL'08 (5429-5433)


Now working at Charlie's Bar, Tyler mouths off near Rachel about that
pathetic teacher who picked up a dumb schoolgirl. As Zeke joins the band,
Steve lets the kids practice in his garage until a deafened Rebecca drags
Declan home, for he's supposed to be grounded. While Frazer takes Rosetta
to her first ultrasound, Samantha organises a surprise baby shower. Oliver
gangs up with Stephanie to fight Marco's application for a liquor licence.
Rosetta & Frazer are stunned to be told there is no heartbeat.

When everyone leaps out to yell SURPRISE, the unhappy couple flee to the
kitchen, unable to explain there was no baby, merely a non-viable embryo.
With Steve & Rebecca at loggerheads, the band sneak off to rehearse, until
Riley advises Ringo to go find Frazer. After comforting Rosetta, Samantha
tells Daniel what happened - he's so impressed by her strength that they
give in to passion. Miranda warns Steve he only lets the kids run wild to
prove he's not like his dad. Rosetta thinks she's being punished.

Frazer takes his strife with Rosetta out on Samantha, instead of noticing
Ringo isn't eating. Still on the bench, Daniel brings two recruits for the
senior Dingoes - Tyler, and a big bloke named John Carter who hates Riley.
Rosetta cancels an appointment to remove her pre-cancerous growth, certain
she has a baby. At footie practice, Frazer bashes anybody, Oliver & Marco
battle each other, and Riley reacts badly to John's 'witticisms'. Since
Daniel defended Samantha against Frazer, her heart has filled with joy.

As Frazer fights with Rosetta over getting a second opinion, Prue suggests
they escape by joining Carmella's holiday in Italy. Samantha continues her
medication, even though it denies her the giddy heights of love. Lou starts
a campaign to stop Marco's alterations. John threatens to tell Bridget how
her psycho brother got them kicked out of their first foster home, so Riley
launches a vicious attack on him. Marco bribes Lou's supporters with tasty
treats. Riley is arrested after John presses assault charges.

Over a few beers, Steve prompts John to confess his boyhood jealousy when
the Carters fostered Riley & little Bridget. Afraid that she will lose her
husband, and moved by Prue's tale of losing an actual child, Rosetta lets
Frazer take her in for the dreaded surgical procedure - so he agrees to
another ultrasound. John apologises to Riley, withdrawing his complaint to
the police. Samantha has the wrong idea after Ben gets Daniel to play with
him. Rosetta & Frazer are stunned to be told there is a heartbeat.
