An on-topic post! - Who still watches old episodes?
I've been watching them on DVD again, for the first time in 18 months or
so. This seems to be the right interval, as the episodes are no longer
quite as fresh in the mind.

They still have the same feel-good factor as they always did, though. :)

PS, are there any of the old regulars, besides myself, still lurking
here? Our old friend Ouroboros posted on uk.media.tv.misc a few days
back, BTW.

I watch the episodes that C4 and E4 show. It drives me mad that they don't
show them in any particular order.

Even after all these years, I still occasionally notice new things.

For example, I was watching 'TOW All The Thanksgivings' yesterday - and
noticed that teenaged fat Monica was drinking diet coke. Given that she
didn't care about her weight, why drink *diet* coke?

All part of the joke. We've all seen the fat girls in the newsagent who buy
four Mars bars and a can of Diet Coke!

There are an awful lot of continuity errors involved with Fat Monica. The
very first time we see her is on the video of her prom night. Chandler is
astonished to see Monica as fat as she was. Monica says "The camera adds ten
pounds" and Chandler responds with "How many cameras are *on* you?"

Yet in flashback scenes in later episdoes we see that Chandler knew the
Gellers very well and had even met Rachel.

Likewise with Joey. In the final season we found out that JOEY DOESN'T SHARE
FOOD!!!! Since when? And how come, after ten or more years of aquaintance,
the other characters didn't know that?

Monica did care about her weight, worrying her heart was in trouble.

Those aren't errors, it's retroactive continuity. :)

Not enough to actually diet though, until she overheard Chandler call
her fat.

Last straws on camels, and all that. :)
