SPOILERS FOR BBC NEIGHBOURS, 10-14 DEC'07 (5301-5305)


At Napier's funeral, Tim serves a writ on Oliver from Sebastian Barnes,
claiming his fortune. Rosetta returns, putting work & Diana before Frazer.
With the police unsure about Paul's story, Elle researches the Clearys at
the local paper, where she's surprised to see Riley is a new cadet. Rachel
discovers that Ringo has failed his pre-exam tests. Rebecca resigns after
an easy mistake lets Tim freeze Oliver's assets. Thanks to Elle & Riley,
Paul greets Gus's sister Laura Davidson - with a bleak confession.

Shocked to meet her brother's murderer, Laura recoils in fear, until Elle
begs the woman to give her deluded father a chance. Though in awe of Diana,
Rosetta overrules her to make Rebecca come back. Paul hopes to win Laura's
forgiveness, except she's being hassled by abusive boyfriend Nick Thompson.
Frazer wants to have children, and he isn't put off by babysitting Charlie.
Itchycoo Pepper fights her growing jealousy of Sophie. Paul shelters Laura
at Lassiter's Hotel, unaware that she & Nick are plotting against him.

Bridget lets Rachel give her a girlie makeover, only for Riley to laugh -
so she strops off with unlicensed Declan in his car, boyishly insisting on
driving. Karl gloats about thrashing Susan at golf. Pepper hosts a hideous
party where she plies Sophie with drink, attempts to set her up with Riley
& Oliver, and teases her for eating doughnuts. Harold persuades Rebecca to
bring Paul back into her heart. Since the newspaper prints an article on
Gus's death, Riley helps Elle write a follow-up on false confessions.

Rachel sensitively asks Ringo to help her study, but discovering her ruse
he furiously rejects her, fearing he's not good enough for her. Councillor
Scully must make a difficult political choice between a memorial to Scott
Timmins, or pushing for a day-care centre. Ringo manages to steal an exam
paper from Susan's desk, when her vision goes all blurry. Mickey pretends
to be ill to avoid school, until Lou discovers he has problems with his
writing. Discovering the theft, Susan threatens to expel the culprit.

Jarrod inspects his house, 'appalled' that Frazer is looking after it.
Susan can't make any students own up, while Rachel begs Ringo to put the
paper back. Janae is upset to lose her brother's memorial, so Stephanie
lets Jarrod rescue his disgusting old chair from next-door's garage. Zeke
is beating Susan at golf when she feels weak, so he goes to fetch water.
Jarrod invites friends to Charlie's, where he surprises Stephanie with a
proposal. Susan is badly frightened as her legs give way beneath her.
