SPOILERS FOR BBC NEIGHBOURS, 19-23 NOV'07 (5286-5290)


After Ned comes home to find Mickey collecting Jake, Jarrod betrays his
professional confidence to warn him about Kirsten's plans. Riley rescues
an injured stray dog, which he takes to Steve's surgery. Harold enlists
Stephanie's support in assimilating ex-convicts, annoying Lou even though
he is one. Miranda & Bridget can't understand why Riley feels alienated.
Stonefish struggles to go cold turkey. Though Kirsten resists temptation
to abduct her son, Ned angrily tells her to stay in Melbourne or else.

Tim vengefully takes over Kirsten's case to battle Jarrod, who's backed
by the Timmins fortune. Stonefish panics since it seems that Charlie has
eaten from his stash - though thanks to Karl the baby is okay, Stephanie's
election victory feels tainted. Riley confronts Steve & Miranda, revealing
his belief that when they adopted cute little Bridget, he was just part of
the same package. Chantelle takes Stonefish home in disgrace. Wetting his
bed more than ever, Mickey tells Ned that he wants to live with his mum.

Ned takes Mickey to one last footie game, where the boy scores a winning
goal for the Pups. Miranda & Steve are disconcerted by Riley's attitude,
though he's a good brother to Bridget, and Janae wants them all to remain
at her house on a more permanent basis. Mickey thinks again about leaving
when he sees his father crying, though Ned is furious at the lies Kirsten
is feeding their son. Riley thinks again about leaving when he meets Elle,
who's feeling equally alienated as Rebecca & Declan settle in with Paul.

Paul worries when Aaranow applies to be principal of Erinsborough High,
where Declan begins his first day clashing with Bridget, who resents him
involving her cousin Mickey in crime. Oliver offers Carmella a house for
her & their baby, helping her accept by insisting it's just an investment.
Adam & Karl force Pepper to face her fears, and take a long put-off smear
test. Paul tries to goad charming Aaranow into anger, only to release a
buried memory - lighting a fire to destroy the Lassiter's complex.

Elle assures Paul that he's never been in a fire, maybe it was a dream.
Rosetta & Jarrod track down Karen Ogden who dated Aaranow until he became
obsessive, calling her 'Becca' - but she won't testify. Carmella refuses
Oliver's offer since she suspects his motives, then Frazer makes his peace
with her. On a weekend away, Paul declares his love for Rebecca, and they
kiss. Pepper is needed back for a second test. Walking alone in the bush,
Rebecca is suddenly confronted by Aaranow, so she grabs a hefty stick.
