SPOILERS FOR BBC NEIGHBOURS, 08-12 OCT'07 (5256-5260)


Before Mickey's first day at school, Janae encourages him to stand up for
himself. Discarding a clichéd speech which Jarrod wrote for her, Stephanie
campaigns in her own words about council corruption. After Mickey wets his
bed again, a soft Ned lets the boy sleep with him. Stephanie won't listen
when Jarrod fears she faces a lawsuit, so he decides to run against her.
Elle hides as Rebecca returns with an ultimatum for Oliver - they can get
to know each other in secret, though Declan must take first priority.

Elle jumps out to yell at Rebecca, yet Oliver will not go against his new
mother. Sky agrees to accompany Caleb to a design expo in Sydney, but only
as friends. Bumping into Harold at the video store, Adam shocks Pepper by
getting a porn DVD to watch. Oliver begs Rebecca to visit Alan in hospital
before it's too late, then upsets her by asking if he & Declan share the
same father. Ned is pissed at Janae after Mickey is sent home for bullying
another child. Adam insists the porn isn't his - could it be Harold's?

Ringo regards Carmella avoiding him as a good sign, while Rachel waits for
the woman to break his heart. After Karl hires Ian Phillips to care for his
father during the day, Tom informs Zeke that the nurse steals from him. The
Ramsay Street women are perturbed by Harold's taste in films, until Susan
discovers the video store was at fault. The usually calm Rosetta turns into
Bridezilla, when the wedding must be brought forward. Though Susan reminds
Carmella that Ringo is merely a schoolboy, this makes the ex-nun lustful.

Carmella is charmed by Ringo's texting, and they end up drinking coffee in
her bedroom. Susan can't credit Tom's complaints due to his dementia, until
Zeke videos Ian trying to steal her wedding ring. Before anything much can
happen, Ringo has to hide under Carmella's bed - but Rosetta won't believe
he's checking for mice. After Stephanie hijacks Jarrod's interview with a
journalist, the couple find that politics does wonders for their sex-life.
Accepting that young Ringo is not a perve, Rosetta confronts her sister.

Amongst Carmella's denials, Rosetta can only hope that Ringo is not being
used to get back at Oliver - at school, Rachel tries to be a good friend to
the boy, only to be distressed when he sneaks out for a snog with his boss.
Pausing in her frantic wedding organisations as Frazer finally stands up,
Rosetta is secretly ashamed by her relief. Oliver hosts a combined hens &
bucks night at Lassiter's - as the modest party later wears down, Carmella
slides slinkily into a pool with Ringo, regardless of the consequences.
