SPOILERS FOR BBC NEIGHBOURS, 10-14 SEP'07 (5236-5240)


Caleb reveals he killed his best friend in a drunken car crash. Rosetta
tracks down Frazer at a country lodge, threatening to end the engagement
to make him accept help. Boyd worries that Sky sees a connection between
Scott & Caleb. The local council is so useless that Stephanie decides to
stand in the upcoming election, much to Jarrod's amusement. Pepper finds
herself quite impressed despite an unromantic date with Adam. Visiting a
cemetery, Frazer is shaken to find he had a brother who died as a baby.

Frazer's awful mother Prue denies his new name & his wheelchair, telling
George that she's horrified Johnny isn't invited to the wedding. Janelle
tarts herself up to welcome home Allan, only to find he is suffering from
malaria. Rosetta tries to act as the peacemaker so Frazer can ask why his
brother died, but Prue scoffs that George is blaming her for his accident.
Ned is startled to discover he's a father, when his high-school girlfriend
Kirsten Gannon stops by to dump their son Mickey on him for a few days.

Ned feels out of his depth, until he manages to locate Mickey's dog Jake
which had run off. When drugs rep Karl misplaces his samples, Ringo fears
Carmella stole them. Stunned by how much Gail hates him, Paul begs Elle to
make her mother come visit. After a vengeful Zeke & Louise kidnap Rachel's
toy pony, the girl blames Ringo - who has more adult concerns of his own.
Elle orders Ned to move out since there's no room for him & Mickey, then
Kirsten phones to reveal she will be away rather longer than expected.

Rachel is upset by Ringo snubbing her, as he drives off with Carmella on
a rural buying trip. Karl enjoys dispensing medical advice in exchange for
free pastries, which gives Susan an idea. When Louise has to go back home,
Lou accepts Zeke as her boyfriend to encourage her return. Ringo stages a
van breakdown, stranding Carmella for a night without pills. Paul lovingly
regards his second ex-wife, who gives in to Elle's pleas not to ruin his
newfound conscience with the truth - not knowing they've been overheard.

As Elle organises a Welcome Home party for her father, Paul makes Gail
explain his & Robert's misdeeds. Carmella rails at Ringo in their little
tent, but her addiction seems to be gone by morning. In between bouts of
sickness, Steiger wonders if Adam is good enough for Pepper, and persuades
a residents meeting to give the new Paul a chance. Bree helps Susan bring
out the buried doctor in Karl. Paul's remorse persuades his neighbours to
forgive him, but Elle discovers that he's lost any love & trust for her.
