SPOILERS FOR BBC NEIGHBOURS, 20-24 AUG'07 (5221-5225)


Rushed to hospital, Paul is told the tumour must be removed immediately,
else he'll die. Rachel tells 'sensitive' Ringo that she'd rather he just
kept his edge, and they kiss. Warning the hazardous operation will turn
him into a vegetable, Fox makes Paul come home to end his days in dignity.
Carmella smells a rat when a guilty Elle avoids Oliver. An inexperienced
Zeke has little luck in wooing Louise. Fox tries to stop Paul contacting
Elle - except she arrives to find her father fighting with himself.

Insisting there's no-one else present, a frantic Elle begs Paul to see a
doctor, while Fox accuses the girl of betrayal. After Oliver makes a full
confession, Ringo comforts a devastated Carmella, then helps her to deliver
fruit. Back in hospital, Elle is horrified to learn about Paul's condition,
and swears she does love him. Janae rejects Ned's warnings when offered a
chance to box for money. Accepting Oliver's apology, Carmella forgives him.
As Paul goes under the surgeon's knife, Fox promises he'll never wake up.

Upon her lonely vigil, Elle surrenders to Oliver's warm support. Janelle
steals Kerry from Harold, to give to Sky. Susan makes fun of a lycra-clad
Karl's quest for youth, hiring Pepper as his personal trainer. Learning
Paul's hallucinations were due to a tumour, Elle realises it's caused his
past bad behaviour, but wrongly blames him for her childhood. Karl catches
Susan out when she hurts herself with his gym equipment. Janelle panics on
learning who Mary is, while a prison riot separates Sky from her baby.

Sky thinks the worst of Mary, only to find she saved Kerry from Krystal,
who had started the riot to attack the child. Going through his products,
Dr.Kennedy hopes to catch out 'doctor' Stone, but she's done her homework.
Rosetta is amused that some mystery player keeps beating biker Stephanie's
top score on the bar's racing game. Karl notices that a unique ornament on
Charlotte's desk was stolen from a colleague. While Mary confesses all her
sins, Sky realises that she didn't hit Terrence hard enough to kill him.

Even after Charlotte makes one medical slip-up too many for Boyd, he is
still seduced by her charms. Relieved by Sky's news, Harold assures Pepper
that Mary will now get the treatment she's needed. Karl reports Charlotte
to the police, then checks Charlie's vaccinations for Stephanie. Rachel is
furious to discover that Ringo's sensitivity just came out of a magazine.
Hearing Lou complain about a missing sugar shaker, Boyd realises it bears
his fingerprints, then uncovers Charlotte's notes about dead relatives.
