Frank thanks Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue for singning a sweeping
immigration bill into law. Frank argues that the law should not only
apply to employees and business owners, but to politicians as well, and
proposes a legal limit on the amount of wealth politicans have so that
they are less corrupt and more responsive to the issues of the American
people. Frank also says politicans who are pro-illegal alien, or are
caught employing illegals, should be stripped of their office and
immediately thrown in jail.

Frank also proposes turing the entire American population into a
defacto militia, awarding an American citizen a $2000 bounty for every
illegal they identify.
