New controller on Derbyshite
Early days, but he did answer my complaint about irritating loud rock
music over trails.

He said that if it was irritating, it wasn't doing its job.

'Yes I heard that. I only tuned in because I wanted to hear what the
new bloke had to say for himself. To be frank I wasn't impressed.
Sounded like another well-heeled appeasing arsehole My guess is months
from now you will still be hearing those loud trailers being shouted
down the radio, since just about every commercial station does the
same thing.

Well Ms Derbyshire is exceedingly irritating...does that mean that she isn't
doing her job either? Sorry Rex :-)

Good point.

I agree.

Posted this morning: (No reply, though!)

Victoria,

You are a bore, with a desperately limited imagination.

Your show always stinks of babies' nappies, mingled with football.

Utter rubbish.

The BBC should be employing talent, rather than utterly predictable
morons.

Nice to see so many Derbyshire haters.
I was told once this bags political views were down to her repellant
hubby, who did the same to Fi Glover.
A middle class politically correct tosser, apparently.
As much use to society as a bubonic rat
Like all PC types, I suppose.

I recall one of the bags shows when she and a backroom BBC gayboy gushed
love and respect to an islamic fanatic who was demanding more veiled
muslim women on BBC - the slimey turd that sat with VD gushed how
"popular" it would be with the British people to see a hijab-wearer
reading the news (Oh really ?) - and that pompous cow VD, misjudging the
bigot said "And a jewish person wearing a skullcap - you'd agree with
that, right ?" the fanatic's silence was hurriedly covered by VD and the
backroom gayboy, causing me hysterics of laughter.....

My own pet occasion with the obnoxious Mzzzz Derbyshire was when she had
some islamic extremist bigot in, demanding muslim women in nhijabs
reading news, childrens progs etc - and there was another backroom staff
middle-class politically correct turd there too, gushing how the
"British people would be all for this, and it would be very popular" (Oh
yeah ? Says who ?)
And VD gushing to the bigot for all she was worth said "And you would be
all for a jewish man doing the same in a skull cap, wouldn't you ?"
Silence from the psychotic bigot.
Hurried moving on mumbles from the repellant VD, and me in hysterics at
her.

Another time (just the other week) an older woman ripped VD to bits on
the discussion about people being given the rights to deny blood from or
to homosexuals - the aids thing - first up, a whining homo, shrieking
about how others shouldn't have choices that was just for them,
otherwise it was homophobic
VD ranting at the woman, who calmly said "And if it was a transfusion
for you or your baby ?" Building anger from VD and no answer whatsoever.
The woman showed her to be as big a P.C. hypocrite as the Blairs who
lectured everyone to do the triple vaccine for their kids, while NOT
doing it for their brat.

I don't think it's a coincidence that her repulsive politically correct

he went out with her.

She was bright, beautiful and brilliant.

Certainly held her own on "Have I Got News for You".

A terrible loss to the station.

Be that as it may - she came off the rails in a quite dramatic fashion
She did have the same "partner" (I hate that PC term, dreamt up by
lesbians and gushed over by middle class corrupts) whose name escapes
me, but is the current (yawn) "partner" of the talentless VD.
Anyhow - one occasion she disp[layed all the useless PC-ness of VD was
when a caller from Hastings or Barking or somewhere like that (South
coast area) rang in about immigrants filling the town, not working, etc
etc - what you, I and 90% of the country know to be true, but the BBC
don't allow to be said.
Well Fi decided that they'd send someone down (down to the carpark I'd
bet - with a blindfold) well, later some character CLAIMING to be
walking around Hastings, and seeing NO immigrants at all - and the
character sounded peculiarly like the backroom turd I mentioned before
about VD and the Islamic bigot) anyhow, it came about there was an
absolute avalanche of complains against the lying turd who claimed to
be in Hastings, and Fi Glover herself. These were people who lived there
and said they'd been furious what was being said, as the original caller
had it bang on. Would the person responsible answer questions the ?
Of course, the lying bastard was nowhere to be seen thereafter, and Fi
Glover was never the same thereafter either.
No, I don't have your high opinion of her, but compared to VD, she's
VERY good.
But that doesnt take bloody much......so it's hardly an endorsement.
