I'd never heard of it until I saw this post. I was hoping he'd been
imprisoned for crimes against music.

I would doubt it. Of all the phalanx of talentless berks who have
achieved 'success' way beyond their deserve, Reeves and Mortimer have
to be the most offensively untalented. They join the ranks of Johnny
Vegas, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Marcus Brigstocke, Johnny Vaughn, etc, etc.
So....wouldn't be surprised to see some of them seep into the R2
schedule soon :-(
Bring back the News Huddlines.

Well, it really comes down to how you define "talent". I'll agree that
Reeves and Mortimer aren't to everyone's taste, and you have the right to
express your opinion, but I for one often enjoy their wacky brand of
humour. Not exactly "laugh out loud" material, perhaps (that's rare with
anything), but I do often have a grin on my face when they're doing their
thing. And in my opinion, success is never *deserved*, it is earned.

Well, there we go again - each to their own, eh?

I quite enjoyed News Huddlines. But I also enjoy Marcus Brigstocke and
Johnny Vegas.
