Problems with BBC R1 output
Radio 1 seems to be having some major studio and Tx issues this weekend.
Firstly, on Friday night just before 7pm, there was one song playing that
kept jumping back over and over, following this we got random switching of
different programme output with different songs for about 10 mins before
Pete Tong finally appeared around 19.10! The processing also changed during
this so I'm assuming the normal BH feed was bypassed?

Today, certainly this morning and during this eve, the audio bandwidth seems
to be limited to 8k or so. It sounds like a Musicam ISDN with only one B
channel connected. All the other networks are fine but I'm amazed the BBC
put up with this degraded output - assuming they are aware in the first
place??
