Yes, RIP, Robin.
I've had a splendid day. DVDs (and a book) of BBC series on China and
Tibet. TA calendar for 2009 - but I'm not unwrapping it until the end
of the year. It seems to have a lot to do with Lower Loxley. An orchid
and the orchid book by Dr. JG Hessayon. Now have three orchids: one of
which has flowered easily for 3 years. Masses of cards. And emails and
wishes from friends far and wide, though I'm not sure my Chinese friends
altogether believe that my birthday really is on their National Day.
Even the sun managed to shine for some of the day even if the wind was
straight off the North Pole.

but they've chosen not to. I've had to make do with McT and Wunderkind.
