I'll have to look into the Economist - IMO, there's far too _much_ use 
of Title Case (Spurious Capitals On Everything; Makes Me Think It's 
Talking In Staccato) for my liking, so it might be refreshing. (Mind 
you, I agree there are places for it - mainly in people's names: I find 
it very irritating when some arts graduate with no clue [sorry to those 
who are UMRAts; they obviously _do_ have a clue!] messes about with the 
credits to a film or TV programme, and does everything in lower case. 
Though these days you hardly even get to see the credits, as they get 
scrunched into a small corner of the screen.)
