When I clicked on this evening (Friday)'s podcast, it decided to play it 
within the browser rather than within WinAmp (I haven't found out what 
determines which it will do; it seems to be pretty random which it 
chooses!).

Anyway, normally when it has decided to play it in the browser, I have 
been presented with a plain grey window, with the audio track slider 
across the middle (greyish). It was only towards the end of this episode 
that I noticed that the window is now dark green! (With the audio slider 
still in grey.)
