She is staying in one of the Home Farm holiday cottages. She used to live
in the area and is back to "discover her roots". Eddie decided she and Joe
would have a lot in common. All just a reprise of that American that Peggy
knew who turned up a while ago really.

Having listened to the omni, it seems she has come back to Ambridge
for a Reason. Quite a coincidence if she has returned to look for the
son she gave up in London all those years ago, only to find him in
Ambridge (where he was conceived?), and just at the same moment that
we discover that he was adopted.
