I don't often do this, but I've come across a book which I think umrats 
might like a lot.  It's "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" 
by Mary Ann Shaffer.  One of the best, most delightful new books I've come 
across for a long time.

It's not published until August, but because I write a few reviews on Amazon 
(and currently occupy the coveted 1999th position in their Reviewer 
Rankings, I'll have you know) they occasionally allow me to request advance 
copies of things to review.  If I don't post this now I'll forget in August.

Well I enjoyed the review!  Can't wait to get the book.  Unfortuately, it 
doesn't come out till the 4th and I go on hols on 1st.
