AIAOU in thinking that the conversation between Ruth and Usha regarding 
Brookfield pulling out of the digester project made rather large jump?

David, sounding as though he has the hump, goes to call Adam. Ruth tells 
Usha that they have had a disagreement and are pulling out of the project. 
Usha says that it isn't difficult when Matt is involved.

How did she make the jump that the disagreement was with Matt? If I'd been 
in that conversation, I'd have taken it to have been Ruth and David who had 
had the disagreement!

Yes, I agree.  In fact, I thought at first that that *was* what had 
happened, that D & R had ended up disagreeing about what to do.
