Help!

Through a monumental "pilot error" on my part I have lost all of the
podcasts from July 1st to August 2nd of this year - PLEASE can anyone
help???

I find I have a few from July, though not the whole of it by a long
chalk. Heaven knows why! They are in my iTunes library, apparently. What
should I do to send them to you? (Email me at my gmail address, please,
if you want them.)

I appear to have 20090723, 24, 26 and 27 on my mobile phone; I must have 
been staying with my parents but don't know why 25 is missing.

Oh, was it a Saturday?

make them all appear there in the shape of 4-5 RealAudio files (the
omnibuses, you know, you wait forever and then they all come at once).
