Its probably been asked before , but I have an awful delay on My sky Hd box, 
I have a Sony Amp with built in 5.1 decoding that all lights up properly to 
conform its beeing decoded, I am using Optical out on the Sky box for the 
audio signal but even using coaxial it still has a delay.
If I use standard 2 channel audio its fine but as soon as I use 5.1 I get 
this delay and lips are out of sync and I cant enjoy a movie with its proper 
audio track .
The sky box is set to DD 5.1 on the audio and the Delay setting on the box 
only makes it worse not better!
I have tried everthing I can think of with the box and the amp, am I missing 
something or should I demand a new box from sky?

It was perfect with my old sky plus box but I have had this problem since 
upgrading to HD so I think its the sky box causing the problem but any input 
appreciated.
