Recommendations needed - control iPod through home cinema or hifi system?
Hi
I'm in the process of kitting out my living room - I have the LCD tv
up on the wall, decent dvd player, etc. The next step is get a decent
music/home cinema system in place. My main requirement is that
whatever I buy, works with my iPod as that's what I listen to the most
(Fighting Talk on 5-Live is about the only radio show I listen to).
Plus it would be really nice if I could control my iPod using the
system's remote control and display (so a simple line-in won't do).
So I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? As I already
have a dvd player, I'm guessing what I need is a tuner, some sort of
amp plus 5.1 speaker system? Alternatively, I could get some sort of
music system that the dvd player can play sound through.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
