OT:Utorrent uses all ports?
I have had to set my firewall to allow ALL TCP and UDP remote and local
ports for utorrent
Is this the same for everyone?. I can't see anyway to restrict it to
certain ports?

No, neither can I (v1.6.1 - not the latest, I know)

I tend to use Azureus...

Do you have any blocklists in place, i.e. are you using PeerGuardian ?
(if not, it might be a good idea unless you're sticking to linux ISOs)

The latest is Davenport Lyons are back on the warpath trying to extort
money from people they claim have downloaded certain files, and
dishonestly telling their "prey" that they have a legal responsibility
for keeping up to date antivirus and firewall software installed.

No mention that they are unable to prove *who* might have broken any
copyright laws, just an IP address which may also be incorrect.

I'd love to see them indicate where that appears in the statute books!
