From the picture on the page that looks the same as the item HLJ have listed,
but at a lower price.  HLJ are showing the model as discontinued, which I would
have thought would put the price of existing models up rather than down.  But
on the other hand it might be that the seller just wants to clear some old
stock.

The phrase that comes to mind is; "if it's too good to be true, it probably is".
And if I read the details correctly, the postage is nearly as much as the
model!
