I couldn't help over-hearing one of the promoters of the Act stating, "it's 
about respect for non-smokers.. it's about their health". I thought, of 
course its about health. They won't dare address air pollution caused by 
airports or other commercial interests but it is all about health so they 
target a group without a lobby.

What its actually about is, as always, advocacy = funding. Here's who
