When they introduced parking charges in the car parks around Warwick Rd
in Kenilworth, suddenly people were parking on-road opposite alley-ways
connected to the car parks. In one case on a sharp bend forcing traffic,
un-sighted, into the opposing lane. All to save a bit of small change.
