Had another burst of loyalty to Peterborough today and went to see what 
Opportunity Peterborough were up to on their website.
Found an intriguing link written down as to "Opportunity Peterborough 
2006/7 Report and Accounts".
Went to see how much of our loot they were playing with.

Found the link went to a document called Draft Business Plan 2007.
No mention of cash there, apart from the £350 million attributed to 
Hammerson Morley.
Probably just a clerical error.
Nevertheless worth looking at for the staff hierarchy alone.

Why do they do it?
Why do I know that if I drop them an email they will ignore it?

How long has this great improvement been going on now? Is it ten years 
or twenty years?

Network Rail it seems to me have no intention of laying on a zoompah 
station unless they become convinced that this great Enhancement will 
materialise. No-one believes in it, do they? Does anyone believe it will 
materialise? Anyone?
