Compensation for allotment holders to move plot.
According to the LibDems here:
http://www.peterboroughlibdems.org.uk/article.php?sid=2029

"Earlier this year the Council decided to get rid of the allotments at
Westcombe Grange and continue their unachievable task of building 25,000
new homes before 2021!
Sadly, it seems, as always, that the standard of consultation was poor?
Hence, plenty of people registering their dissatisfaction! Anyhow, the
Council managed to silence the critics and agreed to pay each allotment
tenant £26,317.20. From the figures we witnessed, there were at least 47
tenants who had or were due to receive this payment, equating to over
£1.2m of taxpayers money being used?"

What a result!
