It is now approaching a year since I first wrote to Prime Minister by 
default, Mr Gordon Brown in an attempt to obtain justice from a crime 
riddled Crown headed establishment.  He is very clearly a part of this 
crime. Like war criminal Mr. Tony Blair, he too is using similar tactics to 
avoid carrying out his paid public obligation as Prime Minister.

Very substantial crime was carried out against me more especially after I 
had contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee 
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the UK police and judiciary. Queen Elizabeth 
II is the Patron of the UK Secret Society of Freemasonry cult. Former Prime 
Minister Tony Blair is a Freemason and I understand that present Prime 
Minister Gordon Brown is also a Freemason. These Freemasons are a 
significant part of the UK generally very corrupt establishment.

The Crown employed Masonic mob continue to ignore the fact that Northumbria 
Police Special Squad made two attempts on my life in February 2003 when they 
were parties to the theft of my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne 
and Wear. One attempt was by shooting me and three nights later by trying to 
push a sword into my chest. That sword had previously decorated a room in my 
home. At that same time, Land, most of my personal possessions were also 
stolen from me.

I had been made a bankrupt  following the unlawful hearing of Durham and 
Newcastle County Court cases DH400950, DH400898 and NE401650 by former 
recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding of "Mirehouse", Bassenthwaite, Keswick, 
Cumbria. Heavily involved with the used against me in these matters and 
assisted by criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, was Miss Shirley Carr, a 
National Insurance Inspector, and others. They include barrister Mr. Richard 
Merritt who was aware that Spedding was unlawfully trying the above cases as 
a consolidated action under Newcastle County Court case NE401650. Solicitors 
Alison Stott then of Durham and Paul Graney then of Houghton-le Spring, Tyne 
and Wear were heavily involved in the crime carried out against me. My 
estranged wife, Joyce Kellett, of Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire, was also 
heavily involved in these crimes used against me. A divorce which my 
estranged wife thought that she had obtained against me was very illegal. I 
am quite sure that these people will experience Hell at the appropriate 
time.

Under a ruling made by the late Lord Denning, any order of any court, 
government minister which had be obtained by the use of fraud, was invalid 
because of the use of fraud to obtain it. My estranged wife carried out 
serious fraud against me to obtain the divorce which she thought that she 
had obtained.

The Chief Registrar of the Durham District Land Registry, Mr. Patrick 
Timothy ignored the fact that false entries had been made on the Durham 
District Land Register. This fact is itself a very serious matter.

Until the UK becomes a democracy and puts its house in order, obtaining 
justice from the UK Crown employed mob is impossible. The victims of the UK 
Crown employed mob continues to rise.

Prime Minister, Mr Brown, like many more such people, are  employed as 
servants of the UK public. It is a fact that these people now seem to 
believe that the UK public are their servants.

Mr Gordon Brown  has been informed that John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, has 
forfeited his home as part of the damage that he has caused to me. Taking 
possession of the property "Mirehouse" will take place at a convenient time 
for us,

I have required the Chief Constable of Cumbria to have John Hugh 
Fryer-Spedding arrested for  perverting the course of justice in the above 
referenced cases. This has not been carried out by Cumbria Police. The Crime 
of Misconduct in Public Office is now also an issue in these matters. 
Spedding also carried out what can be described as an additional catalogue 
of crimes against me to pervert the course of justice. Spedding is also 
reputed to be a friend of Queen Elizabeth II. She is the integral part of 
the very massive Judicial Oath fraud which affects many victims of the UK 
Crown.

These have only been very brief details of my cases.

The UK is not a democracy. I am absolutely sure that Queen Elizabeth II is 
fully aware of this fact.
