Judicial Crime.

The UK does not have a credible justice system our justice system is riddled 
with corruption. All UK courts operate under the authority of the Crown, 
presently Queen Elizabeth II. All UK judges and magistrates swear 
theirJudicial Oath (of fairness) only to the Crown but not to the UK general 
public. The Judicial Oath sworn by all UK judges and magistrates is a fraud
of massive proportions. It certainly does not have the meaning which it is 
supposed to have. The Crown is an integral part of this fraud.

Former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, of Mirehouse, Bassenthwaite, 
Keswick, Cumbria, reputed to be a friend of Queen Elizabeth II, carried out 
acts which perverted the course of justice in Durham and Newcastle County 
Court cases
DH4000950, DH400898 and NE401650. Spedding unlawfully heard the above 
referenced cases as a consolidated action under Newcastle County Court case 
NE401650. Then he went on to carry out a catalogue of acts which did and 
were clearly meant to pervert the course of justice in the above cases. 
Police have been required to arrest Spedding for his serious crime of 
perverting the course of justice. They have not done this.

There is the crime of Misconduct in Public Office under the ruling 
Regina-v-Dytham where a possible prison sentence for up to seven years for 
those employed in public office. Lawful citizen's arrests may be the only 
way to try to correct this problem.

Criminal former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding, is very clearly being 
protected by unlawful under international law, Crown Immunity. This matter 
has very serious implications attached to it for the UK establishment.  I 
swear in the name of Almighty God that the UK does not have a credible 
justice system. I find it impossible to believe that the Privy Council are
not aware of this and that they have not advised the Crown accordingly.

Judicial criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding's illegal ruling in the above 
referenced Durham and Newcastle County Court cases has allowed the attempted 
murder of me in February 2003 by Northumbria Police Special Squad. His 
illegal ruling allowed the theft of my home at 16A The Lyons, 
Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear in which Northumbria Police Special Squad 
played a very significant part. Northumbria Police Special Squad made two 
attempts on my life in February 2003 when they stole my home at 
Hetton-le-Hole. One was by their intention to shoot me when they placed 
marksmen around my home. Three nights later they battered down the door to 
my home, handcuffed me, and then tried to push a sword which had decorated a 
room in my home into my chest. My life was saved in the first instance by a 
policewoman negotiator named to me as "Jo" and three nights later by one of 
the Northumbria Police Special Squad officers. The Crown Masonic mob has 
ignored these matters.

On 30th January 2003 my appeal against the possession of my home was 
adjourned at the Middlesboro County Court. It still remains adjourned by 
those Crown emplyed criminals employed at that court.

Previous to these matters I had contributed to the House of Commons Home 
Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the UK police and 
judiciary. That Inquiry was chaired by Lord Nolan. He died in February last 
year according to a letter that I received from the House of Lords. That 
alleged Inquiry was also a fraud. Queen Elizabeth II is the Patron of the UK 
Secret Society of Freemasonry cult. Lord Nolan was given his title by the UK 
Crown. This is one reason that the alleged Inquiry was never independent or 
impartial. Deception is all a part of the Crown led UK establishment.



My estranged wife, presently living at Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire in a 
house that we purchased for cash in May 1998, thought that she had obtained 
a divorce at the Harrogate County Court. She had used fraud to obtain that 
divorce
ruling. Judge Grills who sat at that court, failed to give me the 
opportunity to reply to my wife' Petition for Divorce which also included 
her lies. Grills therefore breach his Judicial Oath which some now consider 
is an act of treason. She relied on evil
people to allow her to get what she wanted and for her doing this she should 
pray that there is no God.

My father collapsed and died when the Sunderland Echo newspaper published my 
bankruptcy on its front page. Along with that item was another which wrote 
that I was barred from remaining as a Hetton Town Councillor by reason of 
that bankruptcy ruling. I was not in any event a bankrupt and my estranged 
wife is well aware of this fact.

After several months of my writing to Prime Minister Brown about the theft 
of my home, murder attempts on me etc, I am now sure that I may as well be 
writing to the Devil. The letters that I receive from 10 Downing Street are 
the same as many other UK victims receive.

I have written to Mr Brown on two occasions that I am claiming the property 
"MireHouse" as part of the damaged that John Hugh Fryer-Spedding has caused 
to me. It is my wish that this property will be used for a worthwhile 
purpose. UK police have proved that they do murder people so I expect to be 
murdered by them when I attempt to claim "Mirehouse" as part of the damage 
which judicial Crown protected criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding has caused 
to me.

There was also an attempt on my life in Mombassa, Kenya, implicating a 
Member of the British High Commission several years ago. Afterwards, I 
walked in the African Bush alone in the moonlight in an area where dead 
green and black mamba snakes live.

In the circumstances, my home and surrounding land at 16A The Lyons, 
Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear, is illegally being occupied by a criminal who 
was also assisted by judicial criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding.

My damage claims made against the Durham County Court for its part in crime 
continue to be ignored by them.

The UK definitely does not have a credible justice system.

The alleged Independent Police Complaints Commission is not independent at
all.
