Schoolgirl 'put in kebabs'
http://www.teletext.co.uk/news/regional/north-west/2/Schoolgirl+'put+in+kebabs'.aspx

A Blackpool schoolgirl was murdered by a fast-food shop owner who
joked that she had been "chopped up" and had gone into the kebabs, a
court heard.

Iyad Albattikhi, 29, owner of Funny Boyz fast-food shop, denies
murdering or having sex with Charlene Downes.

Preston Crown Court was told that no trace of the 14-year-old's body
has ever been found.

I've mentioned this case here in the past, in that everyone who worked
in the town centre area was asked to give DNA samples. Those of us who
refused were subjected to the "if you have nothing to hide.." nonsense.

Why nonsense? What DO you have to hide?

If I was asked to give a DNA sample I would be quite prepared because I know
I have nothing to hide, so where is the problem? It would eliminate me from
their enquiries, which as far as I am concerned is OK as it puts me out of
the equation.

ISTR that in one state in America, applicants for male teaching posts must
take a test which involves a lie detector type cuff being strapped around
the penis. The applicant is then shown pictures of girls and boys. I
mention this for the attention of the "what have you got to hide " brigade,
would they submit to this degrading examination?

Knowing some of the Police Staters on ukpm, they'd not only submit to it but

Full instructions can be found in 'Wilt' by Tom Sharpe - possibly the
funniest book that I have read.

"nonsense"?

Why nonsense? What DO you have to hide?

If I was asked to give a DNA sample I would be quite prepared because I know
I have nothing to hide, so where is the problem? It would eliminate me from
their enquiries, which as far as I am concerned is OK as it puts me out of
the equation.

ISTR that in one state in America, applicants for male teaching posts must
take a test which involves a lie detector type cuff being strapped around
the penis. The applicant is then shown pictures of girls and boys. I

A brilliant read.
What was the Tom Sharpe book called where a school teacher goes a bit mad
and decides in his mind that there's a damsel in distress somewhere in
France, so he abducts one of the scholkids who has no-where to go during the
summer holidays and sets off in his vintage car to effect a rescue?
I read it years ago, and wept real tears of laughter.

Full instructions can be found in 'Wilt' by Tom Sharpe - possibly the
funniest book that I have read.

A college lecturer is given a full explanation of pie production by his

A brilliant read.
What was the Tom Sharpe book called where a school teacher goes a bit mad
and decides in his mind that there's a damsel in distress somewhere in
France, so he abducts one of the scholkids who has no-where to go during the
summer holidays and sets off in his vintage car to effect a rescue?
I read it years ago, and wept real tears of laughter.
