I recently received in the post a bundle of papers which are not fully 
complete but form part of a £1.4 million Human Rights claim against the 
D.W.P. Wales and Conway Council. Parts of the bundle contain affidavits, 
sworn under oath which claim that, The DWP Wales, and Conway Council did 
knowingly conspire to defraud SFJ Developments Ltd Conway of there legal 
property Hafodunos Hall.

All the documents included within the bundle which i stress are on 
official Headed paper and although all are photocopies. they seem to be 
copy's of original documents which all date to the right time period of 
2000 -2004. All of the documents seem to be extremely incriminating for 
the Public body's involved. 

The bundle contains Headed documents from the DWP Wales that show 
payments for the registration of a Ltd Co to be used to oppose SFJ 
Developments ltd in an unlawful attempt to conspire to defraud and do 
incriminate DWP Wales, CADW, WDA, and The Chief Executive Conway Council, 
all it seems are involved in unlawful activity. Here is a excerpt of one 
of the affidavits that is supported by 14 other documents within the 
bundle.


"I ************** do charge and affirm that DWP Wales did knowingly 
devise and conspire against SFJ Developments Ltd in association with, 
CADW, CONWAY BOROUGH COUNCIL and the WDA, in an unlawful attempt to 
defraud the legal owners of their lawful property. It is my charge that 
the DWP Wales, did fund A Limited Company to act in direct opposition to 
the lawful owners to carry forward out a multimillion pound restoration 
project and did so in direct opposition to the legal owners of the 
property who held commercial interests in the property unlawfully. 

I ************** do charge and affirm that DWP Wales did openly conspire 
to further the local authority's and such quangos, aims and agendas of 
the above mentioned agenda with statuary tools to stay and refuse any 
such planing permissions of the legal owners in a sustained attempt to 
defraud the legal owners of there lawful property by preventing and 
withholding such  permissions for development by the then lawful owners 
“SFJ developments ltd” knowing and being fully aware that such acts where 
unlawful, and form part of a greater criminal conspiracy, to favour 
alternative schemes and did knowingly continue to peruse these criminal 
ends until an act of arson destroyed the property in 2004 thwarting any 
and all chance of the legal owners obtaining permissions to develop there 
private property and did so in contravention of the law. 

I ************** do also charge that Conway Council did knowingly and 
unlawfully  infringe upon the legal use and progress of a private 
company's property, in criminal conspiracy to defraud SJF Developments 
Ltd and did knowingly conspire to defraud the legal owner of there lawful 
property

I ************** can prove with impunity and hold documented evidence 
that all of my statements of fact above are true.

If you look closely at the Law you will find that the documents are false or
just in your mind, possibly a side effect of a prescribed drug you are 
taking.
The wording is incorrect, the layout incorrect and you are prevented from
saying you committed a criminal offence within the affidavit.  So I hate to

I have been sent the documents to retain a copy of the originals because 
the home of the person involved has been broken into twice in 4 months 
and both times every document in the house was stolen, The "thieves" left 
behind a 50" plasma tv, 7 ounces of gold, and a laptop. Yet stole a 
collection of utility bills, a locked empty file box, a scrap book and 2 
photo albums. Go figure.

ISPs are good and which are not. REMEMBER these ratings are calculated 
on the views of a substantial number of subscribers to each ISP (1,366 
Virgin subscribers in this context).

Even more surprising that you should sign-up with an ISP who insist on a 
contract longer than 30 days. Such "long-term contract" ISPs clearly 
have no confidence whatsoever in the service that they intend to (and 
do) provide.
