Rhyl's Old Fairground Development on Hold?
I've heard that the development of the old fairground site has been put
on hold until the Environment Agency can give an "OK" because the site
is on a designated flood plain.

Hi, Tony! You're still in the land of the living, then?

I've heard that the development is on hold because the developers are
running short of money. Personally, I hope they go bust completely and the
fairground comes back.
