Dear Sir/Madam

I refer to your correspondence regarding a recent press conference involving
the Chief Constable.

In accordance with the Police Reform Act 2002 I regret that I am unable to
record your correspondence as a formal complaint. The reason is that you
were not directly personally affected by the Chief Constable's action.

You may appeal against my decision within 28 days by contacting the:

Independent Police Complaints Commission,
Eastern Business Park,
Wern Fawr Lane,
St Melons,
Cardiff CF3 5EA,
Telephone number: 08453 002 002
Email: enquiries@ipcc.gsi.gov.uk

Further information is held on the IPCC's website www.ipcc.gov.uk/

I would add, however, that the matter has been referred to the IPCC who are
currently carrying out an Independent Investigation.

Yours faithfully

Kelvin Dent
Chief Executive

mmm yeah, a complaint through the IPCC process - yes thats usually for
people who've been mistreated personally by the pigs...maybe there is
another complaints process that could catch bumbum out on this
one?...I mean not just this medium...WEhat about a complaint to
professional standards?..or is that IPCC route also...both internal
police mechanisms anyway so probably a waste of time. This nasty
business has not really been featured in the national press has it?
Surely must be newsworthy.

The heats on bumbum..whatcha gonna do now boy?

Lie low a while I guess like ya fakin vans huh?

.....Oh god, don't let him brood, come on, up, walk, stop thinking
about CCTV and the schoolkids that perverted scum pigsshites like you
can masturbate over in your wee survaylance vans, come up man, go walk
up a mountain or something. Fresh air, in out, in out, breath, forget
those disrespectful proles on usenet, in out, breath, I AM THE FURHUR,
I AM THE FURHUR, I AM THE FURHUR, only 3000 more feet to go and you'll
be above everyone else in Wales bumbum. You are god sur, you can fly
sir, that empty void in front of you is merely a test sir, jump out,
and forward for wales...goodbye sir!, goodbye!

Isn't that clever! You cut the crime statistics by refusing to record crimes
- remember Tony's tale? Now you cut complaints by refusing to record them
either.

So that's another set of police statistics we can disregard.

Isn't that clever! You cut the crime statistics by refusing to record crimes
- remember Tony's tale? Now you cut complaints by refusing to record them
either.

So that's another set of police statistics we can disregard.

mmm yeah, a complaint through the IPCC process - yes thats usually for
people who've been mistreated personally by the pigs...maybe there is
another complaints process that could catch bumbum out on this
one?...I mean not just this medium...WEhat about a complaint to
professional standards?..or is that IPCC route also...both internal
police mechanisms anyway so probably a waste of time. This nasty
business has not really been featured in the national press has it?
Surely must be newsworthy.

The heats on bumbum..whatcha gonna do now boy?
