Just watched crime on BBC TV tonight
They mention a reward at the end of the program for reporting a came.

Surely it's our duty to report a crime?
+  & with no reward!!!

*not* reporting a crime should *be* a crime imho. But most people around 
here would probably think it bad form to 'grass', unless of course there 
is a reward.
