I have received an enquiry from Mr Richard Spicer who is seeking for
clients a Packaging/Distribution facility of circa 15,000 sq.ft within
a 0.5 - 0.75 acre site and considers the SOT/Newcastle area
particularly suitable.  Any signposting leading to achieving this
objective would be very gratefully received.

If you mean can anyone provide you with useful information may I
suggest that you contact the relevant local authorities

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply:) Yes the information has been
lodged with  local authorities within the SOT, Newcastle precincts for
some time now, without any positive response. It is with the objective
of preventing an established local business, that is exploding at the
seams, relocating outside the SOT area that I am seeking help through
other avenues.
